Director of Coalition Initiatives:
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategies to build a coalition of youth-led independent groups.
Coordinate and organize resources within the coalition to support the election of independent millennials and Gen Z representatives.
Foster collaboration and strategic partnerships among coalition members
Goals:
By end of Q2: 5-10 members
End of Q3: Independent Debate for Major Candidates running for office
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Experience in coalition-building and managing diverse groups.
Understanding of youth-focused initiatives and political organizing.
We are also looking for scrappy people who want to work in politics but have not had the background. As a movement we want to invest in people who want to invest in our future.
This is a volunteer position for people who are looking to dedicate some time and initiative to break the two party duopoly. Stipend opportunities are available in the future with funding.
