Manager of State Activism:
Responsibilities:
Monitor state governments for relevant developments and issues.
Identify and engage potential supporters and representatives in each state.
Act as the local point of contact and represent Modern Day American interests.
Goals:
Highlight the importance of State Level activism
Recruit existing Millennial and GenZ state representatives to our mission
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of state-level politics.
Effective networking and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and be the organization's eyes and ears on the ground.
We are also looking for scrappy people who want to work in politics but have not had the background. As a movement we want to invest in people who want to invest in our future.
This is a volunteer position for people who are looking to dedicate some time and initiative to break the two party duopoly. Stipend opportunities are available in the future with funding.
